Our submission has a range of recommendations for local Government based around rates, vacant units, planning and Council grants.

Thank you to Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú and Councillors Kevin Meenan, Sionainn Nic Cana and Antoin Watters for meeting with our President Hanna Laatio McDonnell, CEO John McGahon and PRO Paddy Malone on our Pre Budget submission.

We had really good engagement on a range is issues on cross border taxation, the all island economy, shared island funding and public transport connections for Dundalk and the M1 Corridor.

We have been getting fantastic engagement all week on our Pre Budgeg Submisison from our local representatives.

We had the opportunity to discuss cross border trade, the all island economy and supports for family and childcare with Senator Comyn who has agreed some of our recommendations when the Seanad returns later this month.
