With a background across some of the UK’s leading bars, Tony has been part of the MONIN UK team for over 3 years. He works closely with key customers developing cocktail menus and brings his brand expertise to the panel

Emily Doherty
Former Bar Manager at The Merchant Hotel in Belfast and winner of World Class Ireland 2024, Emily now runs her own cocktail consultancy Liquid Minds

Luis Alvarez
Head of Coffee & Training at Butlers Chocolate Cafés, specialising in drinks development, innovation, R&D and coaching. Luis is no stranger to coffee competitions, both as a competitor and judge, with expertise in sensory evaluation of coffee and spirits

Clement Pavie
Head Development Chef at Musgrave MarketPlace, with experience in Michelin-trained kitchens and working with premium ingredients. Clement brings a sharp focus on flavour, balance and a chef’s approach to cocktail evaluation

Ireland’s MONIN Cup competition takes place at the MONIN Studio in Dundalk on 9 June where the winner will take home a trip to Athens Bar Show and the chance to represent Ireland at the European final 🏆
