We are delighted to host this event with TUS Learning Gates.
Refreshments and networking from 11am in co:worx.
The upcoming free session, "Demystifying Human Resources," will explore the role of Human Resources in a practical and accessible way, helping participants understand how HR supports employees and organisations throughout the employee lifecycle. The session will cover key topics including recruitment, career development, workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, organisational culture, and the future of work.
The session will be delivered by Mr Declan Doran (Head of Department at the Faculty of Continuing, Professional, Online and Distance Learning and senior lecturer at the Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands), whose work focuses on work and employment, people strategy, and building strong workplaces.
