In life, in business, in sport, in any discipline those who succeed are those who were pushed outside their comfort zone. This needs to be shown to every young teen, every college student, every aspiring athlete or sportsperson and every ambitious professional. When you are pushed outside your comfort zone, you either step up or you don’t and you add to your mental or physical strength the magic starts to happen…fact! Where’s the proof ?
