MAJOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT GRANTED PERMISSION AT CLAVASS, ENNISCORTHY, BESIDE SCARAWALSH ROUNDABOUT...
Planning permission just granted with conditions for a commercial development consisting of the following:
1. The construction of a part single/part two storey building accommodating a 4 lane CVRT test centre, a 4 lane Renault truck workshop, offices, stores, staff accommodation and ancillary accommodation.
2. Vehicular access off the Old Dublin Road.
3. The installation of a wastewater treatment plant and polishing filter.
4. SuDS based stormwater attenuation with controlled discharge.
5. Connection to Uisce Eireann infrastructure (mains water).
6. A truck display zone. 7. 24 hour access zone.
8. EV charging points for cars and trucks.
9. Surface parking for 55 no. trucks, 11 no. vans and 43 no. cars and a covered bicycle stand.
10. The construction of an earth berm including landscaping.
11. All boundary treatment including steel railing fence to front boundary, paladin fencing to the side and rear boundaries and 2 no. access gates/barriers and boundary landscaping.
12. Signage on the building and a totem pole sign.
13. The construction of an ESB substation.
14. The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof structure together with all associated and ancillary site works.
