This Friday, September 4th, we are bringing internationally recognised creative director and sonic branding specialist Keith Lawler to CREW for the next Design Mingle: Creative Connections event.

From global advertising campaigns to building brands through sound, Keith brings 18 years of international experience to the next Design Mingle: Creative Connections.

Today, Keith runs two independent creative businesses. LAUDHAUS is a specialist sonic branding studio, using strategy, music and sound to build distinctive audio identities for brands, while KEITH LAWLER & CO works across advertising, brand and culture, bringing together bespoke creative teams around each project.

Applications are now open for the next CEED (Creative Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development Programme), CREW’s fully funded incubation programme for early-stage creative digital entrepreneurs, delivered in partnership with ATU and LEO Galway.

Whether you’re working in TV & Film, Games, Animation, Digital Arts, Immersive Technologies, Content Development, Creative Tech or Design, CEED is designed to help you turn your idea into a sustainable business.

Over 30 weeks of part-time blended learning, participants will gain:

Sinéad D’Arcy is the founder of FUTURE-ROOTS and a talent strategist with more than 20 years’ experience developing and leading award-winning talent programmes.

Sinéad will lead the Leadership and Team Development strand of the CLIMB Accelerator Bootcamp. Through workshops and one-to-one mentoring, she will help participants navigate the move from founder-led to team-led businesses, build strong team structures and develop positive cultures that can support growth and change.

Meet the founders, facilitators, mentors and experts delivering the CLIMB Accelerator Bootcamp 👋

Olga Kizina is an organisational psychologist and creative business consultant with 15 years of experience supporting creative entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Olga will shape and facilitate the peer-learning experience throughout the CLIMB Accelerator Bootcamp. She will establish the cohort’s accountability pairs, lead peer-learning and mastermind sessions, and provide individual mentoring, helping participants work through challenges, learn from one another and maintain momentum.

“Through mentoring and peer-to-peer support, we’ll work through the leadership challenges you face as you build and grow your creative venture.”
