Toyota Integrated report 2025/2026
At 168 pages of dense type, Toyota’s integrated annual report is not a light bedtime read. Continuous improvement (CI) case studies
Over the past few months we’ve been showcasing some case studies in lean and six sigma, with a focus on the service sector and transactional environments. Check out the Lean Ireland website case study section which we have just launched. It highlights CI case studies in which Lean Ireland consultants have been involved, over a number of years. Some are small-scale projects, executed by client teams, and others are larger transformation programmes led by the Lean Ireland consultant. Let us know if you find them useful.
