We implemented a "no contact" replacement system two weeks ago to protect our customers and staff and this system is working very well with no issues. Please call us on 0749890160 to arrange windscreen repair or glass replacement at our Letterkenny depot. All vehicles must be clean (no tissues or rubbish, and all surfaces wiped down when you drop your vehicle off). Our staff are taking precautions by wearing P.P.E. which is changed for every vehicle.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, or are self- isolating, then please call us and we will cancel your existing appointment until a later date. Please remember that our staff have families and children too. We are doing our very best under difficult circumstances and we really appreciate your cooperation. To assist our country’s incredible , Allglass / Autoglass will prioritize any Glass Repair, Replacement and Recalibration services for front line staff such as Medical, Emergency, Garda or Defence force staff at this time. To show our gratitude for the amazing work they’re doing, we will also waive any excess fees due on their Insurance policy for our services or reduce our price by 50% if they don’t have glass cover on their policy. Allglass / Autoglass are still providing a national ‘Fully Service’ to our customers and following all recommended guidelines set out by the HSE as well as all relevant agency guidelines.
