If you are a father, then this is for you…

With Father’s Day approaching, I’m sure you will look forward to the warm, loving messages and cards your children will send you. But if truth be known, and it’s true for me, at times I’ve not always been as loving as I hoped I could have been.
At times I have been short tempered with them, not spent enough time with them, and I have not always properly listened to them.

But the fact is, my children and maybe your children too have actually benefited from you being this way or similar. Maybe they have learned to become more resilient or more independent. Maybe they forged new meaningful and supportive relationships. Are these not qualities and experiences that are beneficial to our children?
In this video, I explore this a little more, and you might like to as well. But be prepared to be challenged.
