A picture tells a thousand words...
In the run up to the biggest week of our year Gallagher Dublin Horse Show, I treasure this pic more than anything (RDS 2025).
ALOPECIA isn't fun, & I'm grateful it wasn't a worse diagnosis. But with the best friends & care, I got through it & so can you 💕
I lost chunks of my hair 3 years ago, due to - autoimmune diseases, grief, pemi menopause, stress, buying a new business & weight loss = bald patches, bleeding psoriasis, an oozing scalp & pure fu**in hardship.
Barely any photos of it, cause it made me cry. Luckily into the arms of an incredible healer - Who doesn't even know I'm posting this, but it's something I've wanted to say for a long time.
My hair is my frame, my crown & no one gets that more than my darling friend Catherine. Every salon visit, she hugged me more ways than one & even went to college to learn how to help me & others worse than me. BUT she's more than text book stuff, she is made of healing stuff. For that, I'll always be grateful 🩷
