She is a graduate of the National College of Art & Design. During Maria’s Final year she received a Scholarship Award of Excellence. She then went on to complete a post grad from the Limerick College of Art in 1998. She is a recipient of many awards such as the EBS/RDS National Crafts Fair in 1996 and 1999 and the National Graduate Award winner in the RDS. Maria has built up a national reputaion f
or her design work. Maria’s work has been shown on TV3 and Ireland AM, and has featured in the RTE Guide, Image magazine and the Sunday Independent. Her designs have been worn by celebrities such as Andrea Roche. Also, a dress of her design was the winner of the at the Limerick Races. Maria designs and creates exclusive bridal, occasional and evening wear. These creations are made to measure for her clients. She considers the colour, texture and overall style to suit the individual. Maria has years of experience to advise of the perfect style to suit you. Maria strives to create the ultimate ‘dream dress’ using unique designs that are made with luxury fabrics using intricate craftsmanship. Maria says her approach is that ‘wedding dresses are different, brides to be don’t want to look like every other bride, they need to feel special and gorgeous on their wedding day and that my goal on every design’.
