Delighted to receive this wonderful testimonial for our Train the Trainer course from Liz King at Liz King photography:

We are currently in the process of offering camera training classes for all ages. In order to be able to facilitate these properly I wanted to upskill and gain a qualification in training.

The training was very inspirational, energising, bringing lots of ideas, with both substantial and in-depth knowledge, learning from experience and being fully practice-orientated.

ABCs Thursday Tip from the "How to perform like an expert series" No. 23. "Wear a name badge". When at an networking event wear a name badge with your name, logo and what you do. In a room full of people that you dont know (and they dont know you), who do you think a person is likely to come over and introduce themselves too? The person they dont know....or the person they dont know who is making it easy for them by wearing a name badge?

ABCs Thursday Tip from the "How to perform like an expert series" No. 22. "Firm hand shake and smile". One chance to make a first impression and body language is important. A limp or weak hand in a greeting exhibits disinterest or timidity. A smile never looks out of place. Combine that with a good firm shake of the hand and you are off and running.

When you get the opportunity to pitch your business why not use a memory hook or 2 to keep you in a prospects mind. NIKE have you "Just Do it", MacDonalds "I'm loving it" and at TESCO "Every little helps". Some funny ones are The Undertaker "The last person to let you down" and The Photographer "I shoot your relatives". At ABC we are "The best Trainers of Trainers in the country" or "Training Tomorrows Leaders Today". Have you heard any good ones?......
