💚Self worth linked to your financial relationship.

💚When I qualified as a therapist I dreaded the conversations with clients when it came to money.

💚I felt so awkward about taking money.

💚I would have told my clients let me treat you I need the experience and you pay me the next time.

💕I was running away because I didn’t feel worthy enough of being paid for my services.

🌸I felt I was a con, asking for payment and I only newly qualified.

🌸Things changed when I took responsibility, and opened my eyes I am sharing so much with my clients I have invested so much in my therapies, and my mindset started to shift.

🌸This grew slowly, but grew stronger every day, and today I shared a story of how I was wasn’t going to leave myself short. Why because I respect myself, I respect the fact I wanted to get paid.

🌸Cleansing Monday- how often do you clean your home, and yourself of your energy.

🌸If you’re a therapist this is really important because when clients come for treatments they are going to release energy. Release stress, worries and if this energy is not released out of your room you end up carrying it.

🌸It took me a number of years to learn how energy travels, and can get stuck to us as therapists, and because I am working from home it’s even more important I lift any heavy stagnant energy.

🌸 Energy is everything, everything we touch is energy.

🌸We clean our homes physically so it’s equally important we cleanse of energy.

🌸I know in my bookkeeping space because of technology it emits a lot of energy so I cleanse that space more often.

🌸What I am using today is white sage, and set my intention as to how I want our home to feel.

🌸Feedback is crucial in every business and what you take from it all.

🌸Challenging feedback can bring up a lot of emotions, shame, guilt, sadness, that feeling of the ground just open up and swallow me please.

🌸This was how I reacted to constructive feedback I felt it was a personal attack on me, as opposed to a business perspective.

🌸 I would have been so mortified I felt could never look at that person again.

🌸Skip forward 8-9 years in business now I see feedback as learning. This is something I work with therapists on changing their perspective, getting them to go deeper, and really work out why the reaction they gave the situation rather than response.

🌸Mindset is crucial in any business and this was something I struggled with with for many many years.

🌸 When I faced challenges and found it difficult I just said oh f**k it I couldn’t be bothered in finding a resolution. I always reacted, why does it always happen to me. It was exhausting energy.

🌸I was been constantly haunted by Inner Critic, you won’t be able to overcome the challenges I was faced in my personal life and in my business. When I failed I could hear that voice saying I told you so.

🌸I was filled with so much guilt, I had invested so much money in courses and not bringing in the money I deserved to be earning. I felt so much shame, I was not making more revenue in my business.

🌸When I invested time, and energy upon working on my mindset everything changed especially how I saw myself, my perspective, and the value I was giving to my clients.,
