Our team at DGD Shredding & Technology braved the Icy Plunge at The Sandymount Hotel, Dublin, in support of the Asthma Society of Ireland.

Three of our team members, Michael Garvey, Gearoid Slattery, and Claire Tierney, took the plunge, raising badly needed funds for the Asthma Society of Ireland

The day brought together 45 participants from across Ireland, with special guests Níall Ó Murchú (breathwork instructor, ice bath guide, bestselling author) and Greg O’Shea (Olympian, Ironman contestant, presenter) inspiring everyone to dive in.

The Asthma Society plays a vital role in supporting the 380,000 people in Ireland living with asthma, through education, advocacy, and frontline services. We’re proud to stand behind their mission.

It was cold. It was tough. But it was worth every second.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated and cheered us on!
