We'd like to send out some words of appreciation to our litter and environmental teams who are out in the local estates in Southill picking up litter, strimming and mowing laneways and verges. They do an excellent job! Unfortunately, the evidence of their work sometimes doesn't last very long, with dumping, vandalism of planting and other anti-social behaviour taking place. If you see any of this kinf behaviour taking place, please report it to Limerick City and Council at 061-556000

We were pleased to host Colm Galvin and John Galvin of Living Woodlands earlier this week for their showcase event on nature restoration solutions for urban areas. Cllr Seán Hartigan spoke at the event and was enthusiastic about the potential for Biodiversity Havens such as the one located at Tait House to contribute to climate objectives.
