We are so excited, our fabulous fun day is just 5 and a half weeks away!! Eek!! Please save the date and share with all your family and friends. It will be an amazing day at Ash Hill B&B Kilmallock.

We will be releasing more details soon about the events that will be taking place on the day and the many stall holders that you will see there but first, we need your help!

To run a fun day like this costs money, and the aim of the day is to raise as much funds for the animals in our care as possible. The more we have to spend, the less we make at the end of the day once we cover our costs.

So we are calling on any local businesses who would like to part sponsor some of our day to please get in touch. We would be so grateful with any help to cover the costs. Any businesses who sponsor us will be tagged and thanked on our social media pages many times between now and the Fun Day. We will also advertise that business on the day using signs up around the venue.

So please, tag any businesses who you think might help. We would be so so grateful to hear from anyone who might be interested in helping us out.

🌟 Making a Positive Impact: Over 762 Calls Supported and Growing! 🌟

We are delighted to announce that, thanks to the remarkable dedication of our committed team and the unwavering support from our community, we have already made a meaningful difference by assisting over 762 calls through our helpline. This milestone fills us with deep gratitude and reinforces our unwavering commitment to pursuing our mission of promoting mental well-being.

Every person we reach out to is important to us, and it is an honor for us to offer support, resources, and a safe space to those in need. Each interaction, conversation, and connection we establish represents a step toward building resilience, advocating for self-care, and breaking down the barriers surrounding mental health.

However, our journey does not end here! We are determined to press forward, reaching even more people and extending a helping hand to anyone struggling with their mental health. Mental well-being is an essential component of overall wellness, and our mission is to ensure that nobody feels isolated or unsupported on their personal journey.

Together, as a united community, we have the power to make a difference. Here's how you can contribute:

🤝 Spread the message: Share our mission with your friends, family, and colleagues. Inform them about the available resources for individuals facing mental health challenges. By raising awareness, we can help more people access the support they need.

💙 Show compassion: Demonstrate kindness, empathy, and understanding to those around you. A small act of compassion can have a significant impact on someone's life. Let's foster a supportive environment where individuals feel safe to seek help and openly discuss their mental health.

🌈 Volunteer and participate: If you have the time and resources, consider volunteering with us or other mental health organizations. Your skills and dedication can contribute to our collective efforts in supporting those in need.

Why are we so focused on children accessing therapy?! 🤔

The bottom 3 should be your priority! Don’t rush to the top. You will make a bigger difference by focusing on the lower sections of the pyramid.

Don’t feel pressured by others to explore children’s trauma.

Be a advocate. Not a ‘yes person’.
