Little Island Business Association is pleased to extend a warm welcome to our newest member, Saturday Pizzas!

In 2007, Philip Dennhardt saw a gap in the frozen pizza market. The freezer aisles were saturated with low quality pizzas all competing to have the lowest price, rather than the nicest flavour. He set about creating a company that produced high-quality, restaurant-standard, frozen pizzas that would allow customers to enjoy them in the comfort of their own homes.

Welcome to the LIBA Community, Saturday Pizzas - we are so looking forward to working with you!

Little Island Business Association congratulates Lidl Ireland on securing planning permission from
Cork County Council for its new €200 million Regional Distribution Centre in Little Island. The development will be a key element for the expansion envisioned for the supermarket group.

Following extensive consultation with Lidl and its design team, Little Island Business Association supported the proposal for the new centre at Wallingstown that will provide a significant boost to the German retailer's ambitious expansion plans across the south and southeast of Ireland. The Regional Distribution Centre at Little Island is expected to be operational by 2030. It will be Lidl’s fourth distribution facility in the Republic of Ireland.
