Our partner agencies provide us with Police, medical, childcare references, a character reference and a copy of each candidates EU health card. We personally Skype interview and screen each candidate and check all of their documentation that is required. We provide all our Host Families and Au Pairs with a Training Plan to guide them through their Au Pair placement. We provide a “Welcome to Irelan

d” pack which includes places of interest to visit in the area where they are placed, giving them the opportunity to explore and gain knowledge of the local area. We provide a list of other Au Pairs placed in the same area so candidates have the opportunity to meet up. Each Au Pair receives a Certificate at the end of their placement.
