Our partner agencies provide us with Police, medical, childcare references, a character reference and a copy of each candidates EU health card. We personally Skype interview and screen each candidate and check all of their documentation that is required. We provide all our Host Families and Au Pairs with a Training Plan to guide them through their Au Pair placement. We provide a “Welcome to Irelan

d” pack which includes places of interest to visit in the area where they are placed, giving them the opportunity to explore and gain knowledge of the local area. We provide a list of other Au Pairs placed in the same area so candidates have the opportunity to meet up. Each Au Pair receives a Certificate at the end of their placement. Here at Le Chéile Au Pairs we have experience in sourcing and placing Au Pairs with families.

Our experienced, personalised service in matching candidates with families, has proven extremely successful in the past. We take every care to work closely with the family and the Au Pair to ensure that both your needs are met.

We also offer guidance to your Au Pair throughout the programme as well as ensuring that they experience an enjoyable cultural placement in Ireland.

We understand that this process is new to most families, so we are on hand to answer any questions you may have, giving you peace of mind. We explain in great detail how the programme works along with the benefits of bringing an Au Pair into your home.
