✨ WE’RE BACK ✨

We are delighted to announce that will join us in Midleton on Tuesday 2nd July for a talk and Q&A session. This event will be a mixture of learning from Lucy and some socialising and catching up❤️

The event will kick off at 7pm with a welcome drink then at 7.30 Lucy will take to the mic and at 8.30 we will enjoy some delicious canapé boards and drinks🥂

This event is free for members and €15 for non members and is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old faces and meet our new members.

We’re very excited to announce our next event will take place on the 24th May in collaboration with Kara of and Simone of 🥗🧴

Kara of will be speaking about nutrition for hormonal health, looking at the importance of balancing our blood sugar, eating for a healthy gut & helpful tips & recipes to benefit our hormone balance.

Simone of will be conducting a demonstration using herbs to create creams & oils for the skin while also discussing the benefits of herbs to our hormonal health.

Our event will take place from 7-9PM in St John The Baptist Hall here in Midleton and is open to members & non members✨
