Our third time down in Kilrush yesterday to visit the lovely team at Kilrush Credit Union . 👏🏻

Most of out work is remote but you simply can’t beat getting on site and meeting the people you are helping, it’s something we try and do at least once a year with each of our clients.

It makes the 4 hour drive worthwhile when you get to work with such a positive thinking group that always strive to do things in a better way. 🙌🏻

The breakfast at Zoe Bistro (highly recommend to stay here if you are down in Kilrush) is something I look forward to each time I’m down too. 😂

f you would have told me even one year ago that Fine Tuning Analysis would take me to Australia, I would have laughed and said ‘absolutely no way’.

But, here we are. 😅

As I sit in Dubai airport for a 10 hour layover (& watch Mayo finally win their deserved all Ireland 🤝), it’s given me a chance to reflect on the last 3.5 years.

That’s something I never get the chance to do because there is always something that has to be done next.

It has also given me a chance to think of the people who have supported me the most particularly at the start of Fine Tuning Analysis - my partner Aisling being the main person in that regard and having to listen to me everyday (😅)& also one client in the Irish CU sector in particular - they know who they are and I would not be where I am today without them. They took a chance on me when I didn’t have much to show for it and I will be forever grateful to them for that. 🫡

I also wouldn’t be where I am today without Monaghan LEO - thanks again for all the support throughout the first 3.5 years. 👏🏻

I think I’ll always look back on those 10 days in Sydney and think that’s where things really started to feel like they were clicking - we have a really fantastic product that I know can help every single Credit Union in Ireland in particular, & we still have a small % on board.

So, I’m hoping that grows significantly in the next 12 - 18 months as we get ready to hire our first full time staff member too. ✅

Finally, a shout out to everyone I met out in Sydney that wouldn’t have met if I didn’t attend the event. I’m sure I’ll be catching up with some again over the next few months. 😎

We built out a full suite of 20 plus reports within the Credit Control Section for TUI CU recently and we are still working very closely with the credit control officer to help them automate manual tasks. ✌🏻
