🌲 Every log has its place!

At Coolrain Sawmills, logs are sorted by size along the sorting line before the timber log loader moves them into their designated piles, ready for the next stage of processing.

It’s all part of the process of turning raw timber into products like pallets, mulch, and decking. 🌳

Even out on the road, we can’t help spotting a good pallet! 👀

A pallet that can be reused is a pallet worth saving. That’s the thinking behind Pallet LOOP keeping pallets in circulation for longer and reducing waste in the construction industry.

We’re pleased to share that CJ Sheeran Group has been shortlisted as a finalist for Innovation in Sustainable Packaging Design, Repak Resource Awards. 🏆

Our entry into the Innovation Sustainable Packaging Design category focuses on our pioneering partnership with The Pallet Loop.

The Pallet Loop is a deposit-based, circular economy pallet reuse scheme developed specifically for the construction industry. This initiative is redefining resource management practices all over Ireland.

With over 1.5 million pallets recovered in one year, with more than 1,000 Loop pallets collected monthly from our construction customers, this initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to a more circular approach to packaging.
