The last few months have challenged me more than most.
Nothing dramatic. Just the normal things every business goes through… except they all seemed to happen one after another. There was no time to recover before the next challenge arrived.
It was stressful. There were days I genuinely forgot to eat. I could feel the pressure in my body, and my mind was running a hundred miles an hour.
When I’m under that kind of pressure, I go into Sharon mode.” It probably looks intense and slightly aggressive from the outside. Fast decisions. Fast pace. Solve the problem and keep moving. It’s not aggression—it’s survival.
And just when we thought we’d caught a breath… something else landed.
Every leader knows that feeling. Give me a f& break 😂
But the thing I’m proudest of, we still stopped to celebrate.
Our Open Day went ahead and it reminded me of something I truly believe, no business is built by one person. It’s built by the people you meet along the way, and most importantly, by the team who stand beside you.
On my hardest days, they had my back. On our biggest day, they celebrated with me.
For that, I’m incredibly grateful.
Now it’s time to lift the gears again for the final few months of 2026. And I’m more confident than ever that we’ll hit our goals, not because they’re easy, but because we have the right people beside us.
Here’s to finishing the year strong. ❤️
