The ultimate Summer Cake! 🥰😁👌

Have you heard of a Naked Cake yet? Allowing all layers to show through, it's a brilliant alternative for anyone who doesn't fancy buttercream on the outside of cakes.

*2 layers of moist and light vanilla sponge cake, homemade strawberry preserve and absolutely delicious vanilla bean filling. Can be done in a Gluten Free version too of course.

Another advantage? A budget friendly option that's equally beautiful and delicious of course!

This was ordered a while back by a lovely customer wishing to treat her daughter with "simple but beautiful" as she said. I think we managed to do just that! 👌🔥🥰😁

This week started with perfecting an older recipe and thanks to one of our lovely clients who ordered a pistachio burnt basque cheesecake for father's day this month, we grabbed an old recipe book and just about made that cheesecake a million times better!!! 🤤😋🤤👌

It's literally a melt in your mouth heaven! With 250g of homemade pure pistachio paste, this cheesecake screams quality of flavour. Baked to absolute perfection.

* Creamy rich centre, caramelised burnt skin, infused with nuttiness of roasted pistachios. Just the way it's meant to be.

Spiderman theme for a sweet girl and a big fan of the movies!

I truly loved adding a feminine touch and a very elegant accent to this cake while still honouring the main superhero of course.
