Imagine a yellow sticky note on your forehead telling everyone how you feel on the inside, when you're struggling.

Imagine if people knew how you felt each day.

For every person we know struggling to stay strong, there are many more we know but we don't know what's under the surface.

We don't have the sticky notes but we can be aware that there is always more under the surface. Understanding and kindness are always needed.

We all have an invisible sticky note. Being aware of it helps. Approach with care.
