🔸Was admitted directly to 4th year based on industry experience

🔸Completed thesis on funding +grants available to SMEs in food industry

🔸Awarded first class honours degree in baking and pastry arts management

🔸Ran a successful bakery food truck

🔸Expanded into catering business servicing weddings, parties, community groups

🔸 Mentored and advised other businesses on set up, funding grants , product development, branding , operations management

This is me at my first farmers market in Alberta Canada, I wasn't ready by any means, I had no clue what to expect , no idea if I'd sell a single loaf of soda bread I was just
I still remember counting my earnings & realising I broke even- no profit, no loss! I thought to myself I've got a chance here let's see how next week goes !! That leap of faith is where my first business began and over the years I have taken many chances and I don't regret any of them I firmly believe you either succeed or you learn!
