Just 2 weeks until we kick off our next Start Your Own Business programme on behalf of Local Enterprise Office Cork North and West, which starts Tuesday, 20th October, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm, and runs for 7 consecutive Tuesdays, ending 1st December.

The course is aimed at those thinking about starting their own business or who have recently begun trading, and it covers everything you need to know to successfully set up and run a business here in Ireland, including management, finance, and marketing.
It’s open to anyone living in the Cork North & West area, and the cost is just €50.

We’re delighted to be delivering a Start Your Own Business programme on behalf of Kerry Local Enterprise Office, starting Tuesday, 13th October, 9.30 am to 12.00 pm, and running for 8 consecutive Tuesdays, ending 1st December.

The course is aimed at anyone who is thinking about starting their own business or has recently started a business. It covers everything you need to know to successfully set up and run a business here in Ireland, including management, finance, and marketing.

Marie’s delighted to be heading to Waterford next month to deliver another Social Media Marketing course on behalf of the Waterford Local Enterprise Office.

Open to anyone living in the Waterford area, the course runs over 4 consecutive Wednesdays, starting on the 7th and finishing on the 28th of October, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm each day. She’ll cover everything from understanding your customer to identifying the correct social media platforms, through to creating a social media strategy and plan for your business.

Should you be aiming for new followers or lots of likes from your social media content? The answer depends on what you’re looking to achieve. But did you know that some content is better at driving follows, while others are better at increasing engagement with your existing followers?

It’s a while away yet, but we’re delighted to be delivering a Start Your Own Business programme on behalf of the Local Enterprise Office Cork North and West, starting Saturday, 5th of September and running every Saturday thereafter until the 17th of October (7 weeks). It will take place via Zoom, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The course covers everything you need to know about setting up and running a successful business in Ireland, including initial setup, finance, tax, bookkeeping, market research, marketing, and more.

For followers in the West Cork area, Network Ireland West Cork has a lovely event coming up this week on the topic of wellness. There are some terrific speakers as well as wellness experiences.

Last chance to book your place at the hybrid Start Your Own Business programme we’re delivering on behalf of Local Enterprise Office South Cork, starting tomorrow, Thursday 18th of June, and running every Thursday from then until the 16th of July.
