Two years ago, we opened the doors of the AIM building.
Since then, the space has grown, evolved and been shaped by the people who use it every day.
- We’ve welcomed students discovering AI for the first time.
- Ministers and Governors shaping national conversations.
- Delegations from across the EU, Australia and the USA.
- Multinationals connecting with Ireland’s AI ecosystem.
- Local businesses and entrepreneurs exploring practical adoption.
- Innovators and industry leaders pushing ideas further.
- Remote workers making our hot desks their base.
- Teams filling our meeting rooms for workshops, strategy sessions and big decisions.
Along the way, we’ve also welcomed our valued tenants - NNIT, Tall Team and Nova HCM - who contribute to the daily rhythm of the building.
Our own team has grown. And the space itself has evolved - adapting, expanding and innovating to meet the needs of a dynamic AI community.
We’ve hosted national challenges, accelerators, leadership talks, summits and celebrations. There’s been serious debate, hands-on collaboration, plenty of coffee - and more sandwiches than we can count!
We’re proud to work closely with regional and national partners that continue to strengthen the wider ecosystem around us.

As we prepare to open the National AI Studio in the coming weeks, we’re looking ahead and what's yet to come for our building and community.
