WHY SHOULD WE EXERCISE?

Here are 5 Benefits of what exercise does for you !

1. Exercise can improve your mood almost instantly ! During exercise your brain releases "Endorphins". This chemical sets off a feel good factor in our body instantly relaxing you and will relieve you from any stress or just simply lift your mood !

2. Weight loss-muscle gain or maintenance. Personal appearance is something many people are not happy with. Regular exercise can help you feel better not just mentally but physically also just by the changes it makes to your body. A healthier and happier you can be achieved by taking the first step towards regular exercise.

3. It can help prevent disease , illnesses and slow down the aging process! No matter what your current weight is regualr exercise can boost HDL or in easier terms "good" cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides. By exercising regularly you will help keep your blood running smoothly which will decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease! Exercises not only helps prevent heart disease but many more including Stroke, type 2 diabetes, depression and various types of cancer!

4. Social concept ! Want to make new friends and be active ? Exercise can be a great way to meet new friends and build a social life whether it's going to the gym or a nice stroll in the evening or joining a sports club all these will help you build a healthier and happier social life !

These are 2 very important factors in our lives and can determine whether we take part in many events throughout our life due to having great confidence or self esteem or it being too low and shying away from any challenge or an every day event in our lives. Exercise is a great way to boost both of these ! Setting small or large goals and accomplishing those goals can immediately boost both of these as you are proving to yourself that you are confident enough to take the first step towards your goal and also strong enough and wiling to accomplish them !
