Please be careful when accessing some websites.
There is a clever malware doing the rounds which pretends to be a verification page embedded within the page.

Once you follow the fake verification steps, a small file is downloaded to your device allowing access to your device. Once infected, the hacker has access to your files, images, card details, etc.

Please ensure you have up to date virus/malware software on your device.

Some of you may have seen this post from 10 days ago. Storm Eowyn hit on 24th January. Today the 17th February nearly 4k NBI customers are STILL offline.

ESB Networks have a large fault in the Rathmore area affecting quite a large number of premises.

Again, this just shows how poorly maintained the electrical supply infrastructure is due to ESB Networks not doing routine maintenance and upgrades.

There are simply too many ESB outages outside of any storm or bad weather events!

Storm Eowyn is due to hit us early Friday morning and throughout Friday. ESB networks will without doubt have the usual power outages that we are so use to therefore if you loose internet services, it may be due to an ESB outage at one of our transmitter stations. We will be monitoring our network at all times therefore please bear with us if you loose internet services. We will try and get you back online when it is safe to do so.
