Hi Guy's, over the last 3 weeks I have had a lot of calls from my Wonderful Clients, with injury concerns. During this period of in activity we are very vulnerable to muscles adapting to positions of dysfunction. Then as soon as we try to do something we cause an injury or discomfort. In an attempt to mitigate against any potential injuries, I have created the attached exercise program. The exercises are directed at very specific muscles, that have the potential to injure the easiest and cause the most discomfort. Do the exercises every day, find your measure with them, if you don't have bands don't worry just complete the movement patterns. If you have any queries don't hesitate to contact me, Keep Safe, RG

Honored to have a visit today from Eamon Wallace and the Keegan Cup. I am so Lucky here at the RGSC to work with athletes of the caliber of Eamon and Joey. Congrats on the well deserved success lads, Ratoath GAA!
