Dr Penny Rogers provides assessments and consultations for children and adults. A range of assessments available, which are tailored to each child or adult, to assess and understand their needs, and provide recommendations for intervention or support. Dr Penny Rogers has received specialist training in the psychological assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders - adults and children (D
ISCO, ADI-R, ADOS, workshops on psychological and diagnostic assessment of ASD). She has gained experience within mental health services, CBT services, and within Disabilities services, including a specialist ASD team, Early Intervention Team and School Age Team. Dr Penny Rogers is able to work with children with a broad range of neurodevelopmental presentations and children with developmental delays and other disabilities. Her private practice covers adults and children. Dr Penny Rogers attended specialist training in Cognitive Therapy, which she has incorporated into her work with parents, older children and provides as a formal psychotherapy to adults and teenagers. She previously worked with adults in mental health services, developing a specialist interest in complex presentations, including eating disorders, trauma, psychosis and personality/interpersonal difficulties.
