An opportunity exists to join a growing HR consultancy. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to grow our team, support our business plan and respond to the increased demands from clients.
The HR Generalist joining the team will focus primarily on providing HR and employee relations advice, support, and solutions to the growing client base in various sectors. In addition, there will be an opportunity to work on various HR initiatives that present.
The Role:
Part time (16 hours) on a fixed term contract of 12 months. Work is currently being carried out remotely. The salary is negotiable, based on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with the portfolio of clients.
• Be the point of contact to provide expertise, specialist advice and support to clients.
• Work proactively with clients to manage a range of HR issues.
• Produce contracts of employment, employee handbooks, policies, procedures, letters and guidelines for our clients.
• Ensure that clients are kept up to date with employment legislation and their policies and procedures reflect changes.
• Provide advice, coaching and mentoring support to clients.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation regarding client activity.
• Provide accurate and timely reports for management and clients as required.
The Candidate:
▪ A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in a fast-paced HR environment.
▪ 3rd level qualification in Human Resource management essential.
▪ IR/ER experience essential.
▪ Knowledge and experience of HR practices and Employment Law in Ireland.
