Waterford Micro Business Network was established by the Department of Social Protection and the Waterford Area Partnership to encourage and support unemployed people who wished to take the step towards self-employment.
Our members range from new start-ups and sole traders to entrepreneurs and freshly-established retailers who are at various stages in business. We host events on the first Tuesday of every month in different Waterford City venues at 6.30 pm. Today, more than ever, business owners need to be supported and encouraged so we have devoted our efforts to seeking the best speakers possible for our events who will inspire and motivate our members.
