My name is Freddy Quinlan I am a qualified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have 500 Yoga teacher training hours as well as 100s more with Yoga teacher trainings completed in Ireland and India. I am currently teaching classes online on Zoom, all details can be found through my events section. I have been hosting Kirtan/Mantra Meditation events in Waterford

and around Ireland for the past 5 years. Mantra and chanting is a big part of my daily practise, using sound to transmute lower frequency energy to it's place of highest expression.

Very excited about this new venture with . We join once again in sacred space, this time with an arsenel of healing instruments.

A vibrational healing collaboration with bowls, gongs, bells, drums, voice and anything else that can shake up a bit of energy.

To celebrate the inception of this new space we will be offering this to you the good people of the earth for free.

This event will be outdoors so wrap up well. Bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows and anything else you may need for your comfort.

I am delighted to be space holding for Kirtan/Mantra chanting at this full day retreat in July along side Cacaoista Heidi V and Kambo practitioner Wojtek, Kambo Galway.

I have sat in ceremony with both of these wonderful medecine people and would recommend to anybody intrested.

The day includes a deep cleanse with Kambo.
A heart healing Cacao Ceremony.
Finishing the day with mantra chanting/kirtan.
All meals are included for the day also.

The cost of a ceremonial grade cup of Cacao is €5 and must be booked in advance so as we know how much Cacao to brew for all you lovely people.

Delighted and excited to tell you all I will be returning to with to bring Yoga to your livingroom on Thursday the 11th of March.

No mad leg over head business. Exercises that can be done by anybody, even sitting on the sofa. Synchronising movement and breath, opening and oxygenating the body.
