This year to celebrate , we decided to give each of our teams a country to support!
There was a special effort made by our Cleveland office who had Kenya, Brazil, South Africa and Dominican Republic. Their decorations and outfits were amazing!! Check out their photos below😃
Another team that could not go unnoticed was our , who cooked us traditional South Korean meals, showed us some facts, where we can go to learn the language and more!!

In our efforts to support local charities on both sides of the Atlantic we recently embraced employee wellness month by encouraging our employees to walk virtually from our Irish HQ, Waterford to our US HQ, Cleveland. In doing so employees shared pictures from both sides and shared walking stories. As a result, we will be making donations to both Pieta House Ireland and Cornerstone of Hope, Cleveland. Thanks to everyone that did their part!

In an act of kindness and solidarity, the Rigneydolphin Continuous Improvement Team have gone bald and shaved their heads to raise money for the Irish Kidney Association (IKA).

The chosen charity is not without meaning as our colleague of 11 years, Hugh Magee, has been receiving incredible support from the IKA this past few years. Read more about Hughs story below!

As part of our efforts to support 'Autism Awareness Week' we held a company wide initiative to whereby the company would donate money for every photo uploaded. We are excited to donate €300 to local autism charities, including the Autism Society of Ireland.
