County Wexford Chamber was delighted to support the official opening of The Coffee Mill at St Aidans Garden Centre, Gorey ☕

The Coffee Mill is a social enterprise operated by St Aidan's Services and supported by Skills Bridge, a supported employment initiative. This programme provides people interested in paid employment with valuable training and real-world experience to use in the community.

Through their work in The Coffee Mill, individuals with intellectual disabilities will gain hands-on skills in:
✨ Customer service, barista services, stock control, and merchandising
These experiences will help participants build confidence and springboard into paid employment, equipped with the skills they’ve developed 💼

The ribbon was officially cut by Chloe, who works in The Coffee Mill, alongside Malcolm-Byrne TD, Saint Aidan’s Services CEO James Traynor, and Kim McNeill, the Saint Aidan’s Rose 🌹

County Wexford Chamber was represented on the day by Development Officer Deirdre O’Flynn.
