Position: Sales & Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager
Location: Bahan, Yangon
Type of Business: Security Services industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the security business, encompassing both security services and security-related technical solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients and market segments, actively generating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and ex*****on of services, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our security services and solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports and forecasts, and present insights to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices, actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Cooperate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean Language (TOPIK Grade - 3) or English Language shall be beneficial
- Knowledge of both security services and security-related technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with the operations team.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Proactive approach to business development, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
