We are looking for highly energetic and self-motivated candidate for below position.
Position : Brand Manager
Report to : Marketing Manager
Location : Yangon
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Developing strategic plans and supporting the transformation of complex scientific ideas into marketable products.
2. Collaborating with various departments such as R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams to ensure a successful product lifecycle management.
3. Monitoring and adjusting strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
4. Identifying areas for growth and creating innovative strategies for new or existing products/markets.
5. Ensure to achieve set Sales Target and match Marketing Budget
6. All products Cycle Promotion Plan for medical channel and OTC Chanel for selected OTC products, which will be decided later as per discussion.
7. Specialty wise Doctors Promotion Matrix.
8. Meeting specialty wise KOL’s/doctors to find out the below mentioned points-
9. The most frequently used indications for our all products in different specialties and making promotion plan accordingly.
10. Most preferred molecules in the various specialties for treatment of most common issues related with that particular specialty.
11. Plan, organize and implement Specialty wise Round Table Meetings, CMEs and other Doctors meet with the help of Marketing Team.
12. Product, Communication, Selling Skill training of all levels of Marketing Team of Whole Nation.
13. New Products launching Plan.
14. Market research at Doctors level, Clinics, Poly-Clinics, Retail Pharmacies and Whole Sale Pharmacies to find out competitors activity, new products entrance in market, new molecules planning, customers requirement and existing products competitors activity.
15. Create Group of doctors in each specialty of Brands and meet them in regular frequency to understand their professional need & expectation and design strategy accordingly to create corporate KOLs/ KBLs.
16. Search for proper scientific references in net to back up our product promotion and as per requirement of customers.
Skills and Competencies:
• Graduated with M.B.B.S or B. Pharm or any medical related degree
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in product management position (PE or PM) with reputed Pharma Company
• Good command of English and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable at Product Market, Strategy & Activities
• Commercial and analytical caliber to drive the business to meet the company objectives
• Outstanding strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong product management and business acumen.
