יקב גבריאל מאלוני הבשן בצפון הגולן ממשיך מסורת אבותיו של הכנת יין. בנו, חיים, הקים את היקב בגולן והנכד גבריאל היה שותף להכנת היין. בשנת 2003 נרצח גבריאל בפיגוע טרור ומאז היקב נקרא על שמו ולזכרו.

משפחת חוטר עוסקת בייצור יין עוד מתימן כשאבות המשפחה העבירו מדור לדור את האהבה ליין ועד היום הם מקפידים על המסורת כשכל בקבוק מעוטר בכלי מוסיקאלי שמאפיין אותו מהדיוואן, ספר הקריאה והשירה של העדה התימנית.

הגובה הרב, האקלים הקר ואדמת הבזלת האופייניים לגולן יוצרים תנאים מצוינים לגידול ענבי יין איכותיים.
הענבים נבצרו בבציר ידני, לאחר תסיסה, היין האדום התיישן במשך 24 חודשים בחביות עץ אלון צרפתי. הלבן והרוזה הן יינות אקולוגים מהכרם הביתי שלנו. הפורט מיוחד מתוק ממתכון משפחתי עתיק יושן בחבית עץ אלון 48 חודשים והליקר דובדבנים שגדלים ברמת הגולן מתאים לכל קינוח עם 18% אלכוהול עשיר בטעם הפרי. היין כשר למהדרין, אינו מבושל, נקי מחשש ערלה וטבל שביעית בהשגחת הרב ישי סמואל רמת הגולן.

בימים אלה נוכח המצב הבטחוני והעדר תיירים בגולן, היקב נותר ללא מבקרים וההזמנות ירדו בצורה דרסטית. משפחת חוטר ממשיכה לאחוז באדמה ולהמשיך לייצר יין משובח. אם ברצונכם יין נפלא ובדרך לסייע לעסק מהגולן, משפחת חוטר תשמח להזמנות.
