What are occupational assessments, and why are they critical for the success of your organization?

When recruiting candidates for an organization, two important questions arise:

1. Is the candidate suitable for the position and the organization?
2. To what extent does the candidate "endanger" the organization?

The recruitment process is conducted efficiently when we know how to answer both of these questions, even before meeting the candidates.
