AI Software Engineer

Design and build multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom LLM orchestration.
Develop AI solutions for complex logistics routing, pricing optimization, and exception handling.
Leverage AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Copilot Workspace, Claude Code, etc.) to rapidly prototype, test, and deliver production-grade software.
Build robust guardrails, human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows, and deterministic fallback mechanisms to improve LLM reliability and reduce hallucinations.
Translate ambiguous business and operational challenges into scalable AI workflows and deliver production-ready MVPs within days.
Design, optimize, and maintain prompt engineering strategies and RAG pipelines to maximize response quality and accuracy.
Evaluate LLM performance and continuously improve system prompts, workflows, and AI orchestration.
Develop scalable backend services and AI-powered applications using Python and/or TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to define AI-driven solutions.
Design cloud-native architectures and deploy AI applications on AWS and/or GCP.

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience building production-grade applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Deep understanding of AI agent architectures, tool/function calling, context management, and agentic workflows.
Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks – advantage.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, state management, and scalable data pipelines.
Experience working with AWS and/or GCP.
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot Workspace, or similar.
Ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, debug AI-generated code, and deliver production-ready solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
