Docu-Therapy was developed by an occupational therapist and a life skills evaluator to help the interviewee explore and share the process they went through to become the person they are today. It's a unique opportunity to pass along values, strategies for resilience and inspiration to the next generation. Also great technique for someone has gone through a particular struggle, a learning challenge or suffered a setback and managed to find the strength to persevere. Offers a chance to reflect on successes, address challenges, focus on resilience and use the moment as a turning point towards the future.
