What started as a request to redesign a catering tray quickly became something much bigger.
During one of our first visits to Roket, we noticed the team staying after hours, manually assembling packaging for the next day’s deliveries.
That moment made it clear that the real challenge wasn’t the tray itself.
It was the entire system behind it.
We redesigned the packaging platform from the ground up, creating a modular system that simplified production, reduced packaging components, improved logistics, and delivered a consistent premium experience across every order. ⚙️
