Exit News | 🚀🚀

Big congratulations to our portfolio company :us on joining Adesso. 🎉

When omni:us was founded a decade ago, applying AI to insurance claims was a bold vision, long before Generative AI became part of everyday conversation. The team stayed focused on that vision, building AI that now helps leading global insurers automate millions of claims with speed, accuracy, and full auditability.

By joining forces with adesso, omni:us can bring AI even deeper into the insurance core and accelerate digital transformation for insurers worldwide.

Congratulations to the founders: Sofie Quidenus-Wahlforss, Martin Micko, Eric Pfarl, Thomas Hauschild, and the entire omni:us team.

From seed to redefining travel.

We're thrilled to announce Faye's $50M Series C, bringing the company's total funding to $100M.

When we first backed Faye four years ago, we met exceptional second-time founders with a bold vision to transform the travel insurance experience globally.
Since then, the team's ex*****on has been extraordinary. In just four years, Faye has become the fastest-growing and highest-rated travel insurance provider in the US.

We're excited to welcome Madrona Ventures as a new partner and look forward to supporting Faye together in the years ahead.

Elad Schaffer, Daniel Green, Motti Bebchuk - you're incredible.

Mega rounds in the Israeli ecosysystem are making a lot of headlines. However, they are just one side of the story. The PMF-to-scale path remains the one most companies follow, and it is still a critical part of the ecosystem.

We believe AI is expanding the Early Growth market, not collapsing it, and the opportunity set in Early Growth is expanding, not shrinking.

If you want to read why, see Ilan Stein's article at CTech today.

"We want to build the most significant prevention platform, beyond cloud security, and we're going to do it fast!" 🚀

Don't you just 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 founders who think big? Ron Arbel, CEO of Security, is one of them.

In his interview with Zvika Orron, who led Aryon’s seed round, he shares why they decided to build a new category instead of a better mousetrap, how the company is winning the prevention category, and what attracted industry leaders like Shlomo Kramer, George Kurtz, and Datadog Ventures to join its Series A.

There was one question hanging over the room in our FinTech leadership event: with Claude and OpenAI now launching financial products, what's actually left to build?
The answer was clear: The AI era doesn't kill FinTech. It just raises the floor and makes the moats more visible.

There are three things you can't vibe code in FinTech: Regulatory depth. Proprietary data. Distribution trust.

Thank you, Yahav Yulzariri, Itai Damti, and Noam Mills, for sharing valuable insights, and Tiran Rothman for giving us a first peek at the soon-to-be-released Vertical FinTech report by Frost & Sullivan.

An exceptional morning with an exceptional group of female leaders!
We were honored to host a breakfast discussion with leading female CISOs on today’s evolving cyber challenges and the role of women in cybersecurity leadership.
From the rise of agentic AI to growing concerns around insider threats, security leaders are navigating an increasingly complex landscape.

We were also joined by the female leadership from our cyber portfolio companies - Aryon Security, Predict, and PlainID - who shared their perspectives on working closely with CISOs and supporting modern security teams.

A big thank you to our partners for making this gathering possible: Antonella from Amazon Web Services () and Moran Ashkenazi from . And thanks to Tollman's house for hosting us in their gorgeous house.

If you're a CISO leader and want to join the network, reach out to our BD Hilly Rejwan Sorek.
