All organizations understand the importance of building and maintaining strong customer and employee relationships. However, when it comes to vendors, most organizations take a feeble approach to information management and restrict contact on a need-to-know basis.
These organizations don't realize how their success ultimately depends on the relationship they build with their vendors. Squeezing vendors dry for competitive pricing with a cost-saving mentality will only earn an organization the vendors' collective fury.
On the other hand, building a solid and positive relationship with vendors by offering them a win-win deal will help them grow and motivate them to give their all to ensure your success. However, just like every other type of relationship out there, fostering a culture of strong vendor relationships is hard.

The Forbes A.I. “Person” Of The Year: GPT-3

In September, an op-ed in the Guardian generated waves of buzz and controversy. Its author? GPT-3. Not a human, but rather a “language model,” GPT-3 was trained on massive quantities of text so that it could write like a person. Announced over the summer, GPT-3 is by no means a triumph yet, and skeptics note that it doesn’t “understand” what it is writing. Still, the A.I. system’s ability to write a coherent essay represents a giant leap forward in language processing. It can also write basic code. Two main observations : (a) research finds that the primary motivation to adopt robots is not to save labor costs but to improve product and service quality (b) Robots cannot directly substitute low-skilled workers
