LEY DEL RETORNO SEFARDÍ REINA ESTHER.

Desde Efrat continúa la presentación, planteamiento y promoción internacional de la Ley del Retorno Sefardí Reina Esther, junto a importantes autoridades rabínicas vinculadas al estudio de la identidad, la diáspora y los descendientes sefardíes.
Entre ellas, el Rabino Eliyahu Birnbaum, Dayán y reconocido especialista internacional en comunidades judías y descendientes del pueblo judío alrededor del mundo, junto al Rabino Binyamin Mauers del Beit Din en Efrat.
A este importante diálogo se suman desde España el Rabino Moshe Berbahan, destacado referente rabínico de la comunidad judía de Madrid, y el Rabino Albert Golant, reconocido rabino y estudioso de la Kabbalah en Madrid, ampliando este puente entre Colombia, Israel y España.
La Ley del Retorno Sefardí Reina Esther es una iniciativa civil, pero comprende que un verdadero camino de reencuentro con el pueblo judío debe construirse en diálogo y armonía con la Halajá y las autoridades rabínicas, respetando plenamente sus competencias y la autonomía de las comunidades.
El objetivo es preparar desde ahora el próximo paso, para los descendientes sefardíes del Galut, mientras la iniciativa avanza en el Congreso de Colombia con una convocatoria abierta al apoyo de todos.
Un precedente que nace en Colombia y abre camino para Latinoamérica.

From Efrat, the international presentation, discussion, and promotion of the Sephardic Return Law – Queen Esther continues alongside important rabbinical authorities connected with the study of Jewish identity, the Diaspora, and Sephardic descendants.
Among them are Rabbi Eliyahu Birnbaum, Dayan and internationally recognized specialist in Jewish communities and descendants of the Jewish people around the world, together with Rabbi Binyamin Mauers of the Beit Din in Efrat.
Joining this important dialogue from Spain are Rabbi Moshe Berbahan, a prominent rabbinical figure within Madrid’s Jewish community, and Rabbi Albert Golant, a recognized rabbi and scholar of Kabbalah in Madrid, further strengthening this bridge between Colombia, Israel, and Spain.
The Sephardic Return Law – Queen Esther is a civil initiative, while recognizing that a genuine path of reconnection with the Jewish people must be built in dialogue and harmony with Halacha and rabbinical authorities, fully respecting their competencies and the autonomy of Jewish communities.
The objective is to begin preparing the next step for the Sephardic descendants of the Galut, while the initiative advances before the Colombian Congress through an open call for everyone’s support.
A precedent born in Colombia, opening a path for Latin America.

חוק השיבה הספרדי על שם המלכה אסתר
קולומביה • ישראל • ספרד.
מאפרת נמשכים ההצגה, הדיון והקידום הבינלאומי של חוק השיבה הספרדי על שם המלכה אסתר, לצד סמכויות רבניות חשובות העוסקות בזהות יהודית, בתפוצות ובצאצאי יהדות ספרד.
ביניהן הרב אליהו בירנבוים, דיין ומומחה בעל הכרה בינלאומית לקהילות יהודיות ולצאצאי העם היהודי ברחבי העולם, יחד עם הרב בנימין מאוארס מבית הדין באפרת.
לשיח חשוב זה מצטרפים מספרד הרב משה ברבהן, דמות רבנית בולטת בקהילה היהודית במדריד, והרב אלברט גולנט, רב וחוקר קבלה מוכר במדריד, ובכך מתחזק הגשר בין קולומביה, ישראל וספרד.
חוק השיבה הספרדי על שם המלכה אסתר הוא יוזמה אזרחית, ובה בעת הוא מכיר בכך שדרך אמיתית של חיבור מחדש לעם היהודי חייבת להיבנות בדיאלוג ובהרמוניה עם ההלכה ועם הסמכויות הרבניות, תוך כיבוד מלא של סמכויותיהן ושל האוטונומיה של הקהילות היהודיות.
המטרה היא להתחיל כבר עתה בהכנת הצעד הבא עבור צאצאי יהדות ספרד שבגלות, במקביל להתקדמות היוזמה בקונגרס של קולומביה, מתוך קריאה פתוחה לתמיכת כולם.
