The art of the Sofer STAM,Jewish scribe. Using the same Kosher Parchment and Kosher ink exactly like our ancestors hundreds of years ago. We might have better tools to improve the writing and parchment but the writing laws are the same כנתינתם למשה בסיני.

Hachnasas Sefer Torah!
The celebration of bringing in a new Torah into the Synagogue, is the ending of a year of preparation. The scribe- Sofer STAM wrote it letter by letter, using all Kosher materials, it was checked, corrected and confirmed Kosher. The Mantle was chosen and dedicated in memory of the beloved family member, and the event itself was carefully prepared with music and refreshments, followed by the Seudat Mitzvah- the Mitzvah meal in honour of the new sefer torah. What a special Zechus!!
