Yesterday, a talented group of organisational trainers and group facilitators gathered together for the fifth meeting of GAME LAB, (Game Lab 5, if you will) - the place where new games are born.
It was an exciting, enriching, entertaining and empowering encounter for all of us.
We experimented with new exercises and at the end of the day we added new tools to the box, acquainted ourselves with "almost" familiar exercises and came out with new insights about group facilitation and debriefing.
It was good to meet with colleagues and friends, it was good to have time and space for inspiration, sharing and fun, and it was also important for us to experience the exercises from the other side of the coin... As participants!

אתמול, קבוצה של מנחי קבוצות מוכשרים התכנסנו למפגש "גיים לאב 5" המקום בו משחקים חדשים נולדים!
זה היה מפגש מרגש, מעשיר, משעשע ומעצים לכולנו.
התנסינו בתרגילים חדשים ובסופו של היום הוספנו כלים חדשים לארגז, שיננו תרגילים (חצי) מוכרים ויצאנו עם תובנות חדשות על הנחיית קבוצות ועיבודים.
היה טוב להיפגש עם עמיתים וחברים, היה טוב להיות עם זמן ומרחב להשראה, שיתוף וכיף וגם היה חשוב לנו לחוות את התרגילים מהצד השני של המטבע... כמשתתפים!
