The application process
In order to find the right internship for you, we have streamlined the application process. Our recruiting team breaks down your search into five easy steps.

Step 1. Contact our consultant and fill out a questionnaire. Initial conversation with the internship program counselor

During this chat, we will learn more about you. Any questions will be answered and our program representative will give you a better idea of what we do.

Step 2: interview

During this interview, we learn more about your career aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, what you are studying, and previous work experience. Have little experience? No problem. That's what we're here for. We will work with you to find the best internship in Israel for your needs.

Step 3: fill out and send us your documents, application and signed internship agreement

At this stage, we send you all the necessary forms to fill out. This includes an application for an internship grant, our program acceptance form, an internship agreement. We also ask applicants to send us their resume and cover letter, as well as pay a $ 40 organization fee, so that we can begin our search for your ideal internship location.

Step 4: Finding an internship with your personal consultant

One of the things that makes our program unique is the career and life coaching included in the package. Your personal coach will help you discover the best opportunities for your professional development. Plus, we'll teach you how to optimize your resume and cover letter to get your dream internship.

Step 5: quality assurance
