Practical Internship Program AWI Building
The practical internship program in construction companies in Israel and will take place in the following Companies:
1. Denya Building Israel, Or Yehuda, Israel;
2. Carasso Group, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel;
3. Galil Engineering, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
The program allows the Participant to gain practical knowledge, work experience in construction companies, and quickly integrate into the working environment in the construction field.
The AWI Building program combines both theoretical and practical parts and allows Participants to obtain a certificate in the construction field.
The aim of the Program is to gain practical skills and knowledge in a wide variety of subjects required for professional certification in the construction field.
Components of the program:
3-month practical training course in construction companies;
The internship program is held in Russian;
Opportunity to take additional hours of practical training at the enterprise;
Participants who have successfully completed the Internship Program are given the opportunity to legally work in construction companies in Israel with the registration of all permits (labor contract and work visa);
Hebrew courses - 72 hours
English language courses - 72 hours
Lectures, seminars, in the field of Jewish and Israeli culture, history, traditions, political structure and Israeli society
Trainings to improve personal efficiency, resume writing and interviewing, job search and the labor market
Experienced teachers and professional instructors.

Conditions for participation in the program:
Acceptance of applications for participation in the Program:
1st stream - until September 20, 2021
2nd stream - until December 20, 2021
Arrival of the Participants:
1st stream - from October to December 2021;
2nd stream - from February to April 2022;
Duration: 3 months
Scholarship: $ 1,500 to $ 3,500 per month.
Components: Theoretical part, practical training at the enterprise.
Minimum requirements for the Participant:
The Program can be attended by: men, women, couples, families with children, as well as with pets.
Age of Participants: from 19 to 45 years old.
English at an elementary level.
Russian at a basic level.
Having a college or university diploma.
Individual interview.
Lack of Jewish roots.
Lack of relatives up to the third generation who live or are in Israel.
Participation in the Program for the Participant is 120 US dollars. Paid by the Participant to the Organizer within a month after the start of the internship.
Flight to Israel: Grant funding or you can independently arrange your flight to Israel (and back if necessary).
If you purchase a plane ticket on your own, after purchasing the ticket, please send a copy of the ticket to your coordinator.
Make sure that the arrival time is at least an hour before the meeting of the group at the airport (estimated transfer time is 13.00). Time and date may move closer to the beginning of the program, therefore, we draw your attention again that it is necessary to clarify this information closer to the beginning of the program.

Accommodation:
Accommodation in Tel Aviv in a study campus, apartments or houses, in 2-bed rooms with all amenities.
The apartments are fully furnished. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen (including a basic set of dishes) and a dining area, a sitting area with internet access, a bathroom and a toilet, as well as bedrooms (including beds, pillows, blankets, bedside tables and wardrobes, linens).
The program covers expenses for gas, electricity, water, taxes and internet (within the established limit). Overruns on utilities or property damage will be paid by the participant.
Registration for the program:
Submission of an application to the Organizer for the Participant's participation in the Internship Program.
Applying for a grant from the Young Professionals Support Funds.
Registration and sending of all necessary documents to the Program Organizer.
