חבר איגוד השמאים (הבריטי) CILA ואיגוד השמאים בישראל, הפעיל מזה שנים בתחום ביטוח הרכוש והערכות השווי, ופועל בין השאר כמומחה מוסכם מטעם בימ"ש בתביעות נזקי רכוש מורכבות.
עו"ד תום זגול החל את דרכו בעולם הביטוח בשנת 2007 בתפקידים שונים, ביניהם, ניהול צוות בנציגות בינלאומית.
בהמשך הקים זגול משרד עצמאי והחל כשמאי יחיד.
